The Gig
We're looking for an experienced Guitar & Piano Instructor who can connect with, inspire, and motivate students. You'll teach private lessons on both guitar and piano to students of all ages and experience levels.
On guitar, you'll primarily teach electric and steel-string acoustic guitar while helping students explore a variety of styles, including rock, jazz, blues, pop, classical, fingerstyle, country, and metal. On piano, you'll teach everything from beginner fundamentals to contemporary, tailoring lessons to each student's goals and abilities.
Professional performance experience is a plus. We're building a team of musicians who bring both real-world experience and a passion for teaching into every lesson.

You're a great fit if you
- Have a bachelor's degree in Music Performance, Music Education, or equivalent professional experience.
- Have 3+ years of private lesson or classroom teaching experience.
- Are proficient in teaching both guitar and piano.
- Have a strong understanding of music theory and can teach across multiple genres and skill levels.
- Enjoy working with both children and adults.
- Can successfully pass a background check.
- Have professional performance experience (a plus).
- Play additional instruments (an extra plus).
- Have early childhood music education experience (a super bonus).
